Tree Root Removal Rebate is a grant for sewer line repair/replacement made by City and is designed as assistance to single family residential property owners for the repair of private sewer service lines. The grant will only be provided when blockage is the result of roots from a City owned tree.
Please note the maximum lifetime grant for exterior work is $1500.00 and $500.00 for work on the interior.
Homeowners may apply for additional assistance beyond the sewer service line repair and replacement grant amounts providing their gross household income is less than $30,000.00; the additional assistance will be determined based on the verified gross income for the property.
